Ryan Keyt, Co-Founder
Since 2007, Ryan has built his personal real estate portfolio to 93 units and more than $12mm in assets. He has extensive experience in buying and renovating distressed real estate, which he is passionate about leveraging for Out Partner's investors. He holds a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law and an MBA from San Francisco State University. He also has 20+ years of experience in senior human resource management at Lockheed Martin & Sutter Health.
Carson Gunther, Co-Founder
As a broker, Carson has transacted over $20mm across diverse asset classes, including multifamily, self-storage, airports, and single-family portfolios. His expertise lies in underwriting and financial due diligence, which is exemplified by his current role as an Associate at US Angels. He holds a Master of Entrepreneurship and a Master of Finance from Hult International Business School.
